Savaria’s professional journey began in the banking industry, where he built a strong foundation in finance, strategic planning, and customer relations. He later transitioned into the insurance sector, where his exceptional performance quickly earned him the title of Chief Agency Manager. Leading a high-performing Million Dollar Agency, he played a pivotal role in developing and mentoring individuals to achieve Million Dollar Producer status. These experiences sharpened his ability to inspire and coach professionals to reach their highest potential.
In 2013, Savaria became a Certified HRDF/PSMB Corporate Trainer, dedicating himself fully to training, coaching, and public speaking. Ir. Abdul Majid b. Mohd Gani is a professional engineer and Certified Professional Trainer with the International Professional Managers (IPMA,UK). He is also a Certified HRDF/PSMB Corporate Trainer. Apart from this he is a Certified Energy Manager with ASEAN Centre for Energy, Certified Planning Engineer and a Certified Financial Planner. Currently, he is heading the Estate and Facilities Department of UTAR Kampar Campus, and he also conducts lectures for undergraduates on various engineering topics. He has conducted trainings, such as Dynamic and Effective Supervisory Skills, Management for Engineers, Electrical Engineering for Non-Electrical Engineers, Basic Electrical Technology for Technicians and other related technical topics.
